CONSULTATION

Consultation is a professional service offered to realtors and homeowners who are either preparing their home for the market or looking to update their current space.

 

Our in-home or virtual staging consultation includes:

  • Comprehensive analysis for both the interior and exterior

  • Room by room evaluation

  • Recommendation for updates and repairs

OCCUPIED STAGING

Staging an occupied property will include recommendations for de-cluttering & re-organization.

 

This process entails using the homeowner's furnishings (if applicable) and accessories will be integrated into the design.

Includes:

  • Evaluating the condition of the home and identifying any areas that require assistance prior to staging (painting, minor repairs, lighting etc.)

  • Discuss de-personalizing, decluttering, and deep cleaning if applicable to any rooms

  • Identify staging needs and all options available for an occupied home using the homeowner’s furnishing

  • Design, staging and de–staging

VACANT STAGING

A vacant house requires furniture and décor to define the spaces and highlight the character, beauty and warmth in a home. 

 

This process involves a detailed staging service to differentiate each living space for potential buyers. Realtors and homeowners can expect a vacant property to be fully staged to appeal to the target demographic of buyers in mind

Includes:

  • Evaluating the condition of the home and identifying any areas that require mediation prior to staging.

  • Sourcing furniture for agreed areas of the home

  • Sourcing accessories and décor (artwork, lamp, rugs etc.)

  • Design, staging and de-staging
