CONSULTATION

Consultation is a professional service offered to realtors and homeowners who are either preparing their home for the market or looking to update their current space.

Our in-home or virtual staging consultation includes:

Comprehensive analysis for both the interior and exterior
Room by room evaluation
Recommendation for updates and repairs

OCCUPIED STAGING

Staging an occupied property will include recommendations for de-cluttering & re-organization.

This process entails using the homeowner's furnishings (if applicable) and accessories will be integrated into the design.

Includes:

Evaluating the condition of the home and identifying any areas that require assistance prior to staging (painting, minor repairs, lighting etc.)
Discuss de-personalizing, decluttering, and deep cleaning if applicable to any rooms
Identify staging needs and all options available for an occupied home using the homeowner’s furnishing
Design, staging and de–staging

A vacant house requires furniture and décor to define the spaces and highlight the character, beauty and warmth in a home.
